SCIENCE IS NOT BORRING

What ISENS is

First of all we appeal to the parents of our nowadays and future students. All together we have the same job – bring up the new generation which will take the relay race of our today doings. Thus we treat you as friends and like-minded people.

Our mission is in gradual introducing of children to the basics of mathematics, physics, chemistry, programming, designing systems of varying degrees of complexity.

Our goal is professional orientation of children and teenagers in the field of natural science and engineering.

What ISENS provides

In spite of the fact that ISENS is a young school, the teaching process is built on an “adult” ideology, which is based on a long practical work and teaching experience of our professional teachers. We're trying to use innovative methods of pedagogy and psychology, and treat our students (of 5 or 17 years) as equal colleagues, though having less experience.

Our cources:

  • Basics of robotics for preschoolers (6-8 years old), primary schoolers (9-12 years old) and for teenagers (13-17 years old)
  • Robotics and programming (extended course) for children of 9-12 years old
  • Robotics and engineering (extended course) for teenagers (13-17 years old)

Sciences

It's a hard task for a child to sort out own wishes and interests. The program of our school was built in such a way that helps children to get acquainted and become friends with such complex disciplines as physics and mathematics. In our work we often use game methods and experiments.

Also in summer 2022 we'd organized a summer campus. Our students spent 10 unforgettable days in a very beautiful part of Austria near by Hohe Wand Naturpark.

Studing Process

Teaching materials are developed taking into account the continuity of subjects and are based on the reinforcement of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. The author's courses, adapted to each age group, allow both children and teenagers to acquire rather complex technical knowledge in a suitable to their age format. Our motto is «Quality in all we do».

Learning supports: Entering school can be particularly challenging when a child has special needs. If your child requires support, further meetings with the school team will help ensure that:
  • Necessary supports and materials are in place
  • Your child's educators are prepared to deliver a tailored educational program
